Crows

This is a fifty year old hottie

Crows feet are the smile lines which extend from the corner of the eye and head toward the ear, hairline and can often radiate down the cheek. These lines are caused by contraction of several facial muscles including orbicularis oculi, zygomaticus major and minor, levator labii superioris alaeque nasi and temporalis. Given the intricacy of the muscles involved a thorough understanding of facial anatomy is required to treat this area properly. In the majority of cases, botulinum injections are sufficient to achieve the desired result of softening lines, however, sometimes dermal fillers are required to further soften deeper lines and folds.

Before and after photos of a 49 year old pre and post a crow treatment. Pleasant softening of visible lines in the crow area but you will note there is less radiation of lines down and over the cheek as well. To further soften the remaining lines (if one was concerned) a small amount of a volumising filler could be considered. This client is happy with the results achieved here and expressed `I look fresh, less haggered, I’m nearly fifty and when I look in the mirror its me looking back - just a better less crinkly version’
